Nollywood actor WILLIAMS UCHEMBA goes viral on instagram sharing videos of him sharing money to street hawkers  he explains in one of his video why he has chose to help the hawkers,he posted a video of him giving reasons why he gave money to beggers that he was shocked to see an handicapped hawker crushed by a vehicle.
